Hamilton County Directive Order #1 Effective July 10th 2020
Face Masks Are Now Required For Everyone Ages 12 and Up To Enter Buildings
Exclusions:
-Anyone with documented medical contraindications to facial covers such as active asthma or COPD.
-Persons who are deaf or hard of hearing – or those who care for or interact with a person who is hearing impaired if they rely on lip reading to communicate.
-Persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions or other sensory sensitivities.
-Persons who are outdoors unless the person cannot substantially maintain appropriate social distancing from others outside of the person’s household. Facial coverings should, however, be kept accessible in the event of encountering a larger group.
-Persons who are exercising, such as jogging, bicycling, or swimming, etc, either alone or in small groups where physical distancing of 6 feet or greater can be maintained. A facial covering should be kept accessible in the event of encountering a larger group.
All customers playing paintball outdoors must keep a mask ready to use in safe zone area if social distancing 6 feet apart is not possible.
Airsoft players must keep a mask on until entering playing arena and putting on safety goggles.
Multi wraps, shemaghs, and other face coverings are allowed if you do not have a medical style mouth/nose cover.
